I’ve always loved a good word pun, so when it came to building my real estate brand, I couldn’t resist putting my own little Tang into it. 😉
Tang-ible Assets with Izz is more than just a play on my name.
It represents what I hope to achieve — turning the right property decisions into tangible assets, with ease.
Because building tangible assets doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming.
With a little more clarity, and a little more Izz (pun intended), I believe the property journey can be simpler and more rewarding.

The Mission
I’ve always believed that a home represents hope.
Hope for a new beginning.
Hope for the life you want to build.
Hope for what’s ahead.
But I also know that buying a property can feel pretty daunting. In Singapore, it’s one of the biggest purchases many of us will ever make — and there are so many choices, so much data and so many opinions along the way.
Sometimes, the challenge isn’t a lack of information — it’s making sense (and cents) of all of it.
As someone who naturally looks for possibilities, I want to bring that into the way I approach real estate - to make sense of the numbers, understand the different options, and focus on what actually matters to you.
Because there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to property.
My mission is simple: to make the property journey feel a little less confusing, a little less daunting, with a little more Izz. 😉
